frame of metal, plastic or wood, which surrounds the face of an
outdoor media structure.
Monopole Unipole: Structures
constructed on single steel pole
or column.
MSA (Metropolitan Statistical
Area): A clearly defined geographic area used to establish
a standard measure for population statistics and analysis.
Multiple facing: A
given location with two or more adjacent or stacked outdoor media
structures facing the same direction.
